RULES OF THE CONTEST

"LYON IN AR"

Article 1: ORGANIZATION of the Game

The collective: Lyon For Go Fest 2020

Hereinafter referred to as "the organizer"

Organized a game called Lyon in AR, as part of Lyon's bid for the # NianticLive2020 campaign.

Hereinafter referred to as "the Game".

 

Article 2: Object of the game

The Game that is free and without obligation to purchase is to post photos of Pokemons in AR on Twitter using the following hashtags: #GoFestLyon # NianticLive2020.

As part of the game, a draw will designate the winners from the participants,

Participation in the Game implies the unreserved acceptance of the participants of these rules in their entirety,

Article 3: Date and duration

The game runs from 04/09/19 to 15/09/19 inclusive.

The organizer reserves the right to extend the participation period and to postpone any announced date.

 

Article 4: Conditions of participation & validity of participation
4-1 Conditions of participation

The game is open to all people.

Players who have collaborated in the organization of the Game are not allowed to participate in the Game.

To participate, you must post before September 15 at 14H at least a photo on his Twitter account including hashtags #GoFestLyon and # NianticLive2020. Each photo represents 1 chance to win. Only one photo per account per day will be accepted. If the user were to publish several on the same day, only one at the end of the day will be counted.

4-2 Validity of participation

Any participation in the Game will be considered invalid if:

The posted photo does not come from the Pokémon Go game. Not all hashtags have been correctly written.

The organizer reserves the right to eliminate from the draw any entry that does not comply with the rules.

 

Article 5: Designation of the winners

The winners will be chosen at the end of the competition on September 15, 2019 at 2 pm at the Parc de la Tête d'Or.

Any bad tweet and / or incomplete and / or not respecting the present rules, drawn will be considered as null and will result in the designation of another participant by a new draw.

 

Article 6: Designation of Lots

Prizes will be awarded in the following order:

1st prize: 1 Tortipouss CD badge, 3 Raikou, Entei and Suicune badges worth 4 €

2nd Prize: 1 Tortipouss CD Badge, 1 Tarsal CD Badge, 1 Lapras Day Badge worth 3 €

3rd - 10th prize: 1 Tortipouss CD Badge worth 1 €

Article 7: Information or Publication of Winners

The winners will be published on the site here. It will also be possible to find the announcement of the winners on the twitter account of the organizer.

Article 8: Delivery or withdrawal of lots

The awarding of the prizes will take place on September 15, 2019 at 14:20 at the Parc de la Tete d'Or, at the foot of the Statue Bernard de Jussieu, in Lyon.

Missing Winners: Winners who are not present in the draw and prize draw will have to contact the organizer to discuss a prize delivery solution.

Lots not withdrawn:

At the end of September 31, 2019, the prizes not withdrawn will be offered at the next Community Day on October 14, 2019.

Unreachable winners will not be eligible for any prize, compensation or compensation of any kind whatsoever.

Prizes awarded are personal and non-transferable. In addition, the prizes may in no case be the subject of any dispute from the winners, nor an exchange or any other consideration of any kind whatsoever.

Article 9: Liability

The Entrant acknowledges and agrees that the only obligation of the Contest Organizer for the Game is to submit the tweets to the draw, provided that its participation is in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contest Rules, and to award the prizes to the winners, subject to the criteria and modalities defined in this Regulation.

The organizer can not be held responsible, without this list being limited to any technical, material or software failure of any nature whatsoever, the risk of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network and the lack of protection of certain data against possible diversions.

Participation in the Game implies knowledge and acceptance of the features and limitations of the Internet in terms of technical performance, response time to consult, as well as to query or transfer information.

 

Article 10: Cases of force majeure / reservations

The organizer's liability can not be incurred if, for a case of force majeure or beyond his control, the game must be modified, shortened or canceled.

The organizer reserves the right to carry out any verification it deems useful, relating to compliance with the rules, in particular to rule out any participant who has made an inaccurate or false or fraudulent declaration.

 

Article 11: Disputes

The Regulation is governed by French law. Any difficulty in applying or interpreting the Rules will be decided exclusively by the organizer.
